For over 160 years, Rose Pest Solutions has been protecting families just like yours. Now, with our new location in South Chicago open and ready to serve, we’re excited to bring our trusted family-owned expertise even closer to this vibrant community. While we have been part of the neighborhood for decades, this expansion means faster and more personalized service right where you live.
New Beginnings for Rose in South Chicago
It took a little time to get our new sign up and fully settle in, but Rose’s South Chicago branch is officially open and thriving. Our friendly and knowledgeable team is here to help protect both homes and businesses from unwanted pests. We were honored to celebrate this milestone with a ribbon cutting organized by our wonderful partners at the Beverly Area Planning Association. To mark the occasion, we hosted a festive event to meet our new neighbors and introduce the Rose South Chicago team to the incredible Beverly community.
Owners Robert and Judy Dold joined their son Bob, Rose’s president, and grandson Bobby III, a summer intern, to celebrate the official launch of Rose South Chicago. They proudly joined Branch Manager Wesley Price, his team, and corporate staff to cut the ribbon on June 28, marking an exciting new chapter. Despite a few sprinkles, customers, neighbors, and team members from other branches enjoyed gourmet grilled cheese from Cheesie’s Pub n Grub. Meanwhile, our Bug Squad brought the fun with games, giveaways, and special offers. Overall, it was a fantastic afternoon filled with smiles and community spirit. Take a look at the video below for a peek at all the highlights.
Rose South Chicago Connects with Community
“We want our neighbors to know that Rose South Chicago is here as a trusted local resource,” said Janelle Iaccino, Marketing Director for Rose Pest Solutions. “As America’s oldest pest control company, we believe the best defense against any pest problem is education. That is why we offer free services like insect identification and educational seminars for real estate professionals, restaurant teams and hospitality staff. Our Bug Squad also visits schools and museums year round with free STEM programs designed to teach and inspire the next generation.”
The new Rose South Chicago location is proud to serve as an official children’s book donation drop site for Bernie’s Book Bank, just like many of our other locations. Rose partners with organizations like the Chicago Wolves to support Bernie’s mission all year long. If you have gently used children’s books at home that your family has outgrown, we would love for you to bring them by. We’re excited to be part of the South Chicago community and look forward to all the adventures ahead on the south side.
