After 164 years, our historic multi-generational family owned pest control business is still growing. Rose Pest Solutions recently celebrated the grand opening of our new location in South Chicago! We’ve served the area for decades, but our expansion into this vibrant community brings us closer to our customers and allows us to serve you better.
New Beginnings for Rose in South Chicago
It took a few months to get our new sign and get settled in, but Rose’s South Chicago branch is up and running. Our eager staff is ready to serve and protect homeowners and business owners from pest invasions. Our friends at the Beverly Area Planning Association arranged an official ribbon cutting for us at the end of June. We threw a party to meet new neighbors and introduce our staff to the amazing Beverly community.
Owners Robert and Judy Dold, along with their son Bob, Rose’s current president, and grandson Bobby III, who interned with us this summer, joined Rose South Chicago’s Branch Manager, Wesley Price, and his team in cutting the big ribbon to kick off the celebration on June 28th. Corporate staff joined the fun too! Despite dark clouds and some sprinkles, we had customers, neighbors and other branch teammates come by to enjoy gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches from Cheesie’s Pub ‘n Grub’s food truck. Our Bug Squad was there with games, giveaways and special offers. It was such a great time! Check out the video below to see clips from the event.
Rose South Chicago Connects with Community

We offer free services like insect identification, educational seminars for businesses like realty groups, restaurant staff and hospitality teams. Our Bug Squad visits schools and museums all year round with free STEM programs as well.”, said Janelle Iaccino, Marketing Director for Rose Pest Solutions.
The new location, like several other branch locations, is an official children’s book donation drop site for Bernie’s Book Bank. Rose, and partners like the Chicago Wolves, raise funds for Bernie’s throughout the year. If you have gently used children’s books at home that are no longer being used, bring them to us! We look forward to all the southside adventures to come!
